ARGUFLEX^® thermoplastic elastomer hoses - Made in Germany

The first step was the realisation that only a new system can create an improvement!

Intensive development, many field tests and above all the use of newly developed materials was the next stage on our way in solving the problem of the sliding pressure ranges. Up till now, when equipping hydraulic systems, it was always necessary to take into account that for larger DN the pressure would be lower. Now we have adapted for our hoses the pressure stage principle which has been well proven for all hydraulic components.

For example, if the system pressure is 315 bars please use the ARGUFLEX P315. Because 105 and 210 bars are also common used pressures, ARGUFLEX P105 and P210 are also available. The same pressure rating for different nominal sizes! The ARGUFLEX hoses are available in nominal sizes DN 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 (P315 only to 10). Three system pressures times six nominal sizes = 18 application possibilities with only three hose types! No more conversion calculations, table reading and comparisons. One system pressure = one hose. This simple formula ensures that in future work of the design engineer is made a little easier - at least in this respect. Our series of well proven fittings for the ARGUFLEX hoses completes the range of components for easy-to-assemble hose units.

Space saving

Offering particular advantages for plant design! With considerably smaler exterior diameters and bending radii the design engineer can use the ARGUFLEX with minimal space requirements.

Less weight

Exemplary cost reduction! The ARGUFLEX weights approx. 65% less than convential hoses. This brings saving costs both in freight charges and warehousing.

Temperature range

Thermoplastic elastomer materials were integrated with computer optimised braid packets. Selection of these materials is one of the reasons why ARGUFLEX hoses can be used with temperatures from -40°C to 90°C.

Enormous abraison resistance

All ARGUFLEX hoses confirm a higher abraison resistance than required in mining. This quality feature has been confirmed in long test series.

Chemical resistance

With a wide range of chemical resistance the ARGUFLEX is indispensable where hoses get in contact with aggressive substances.
